The fourth installment of the Nancy Drew series awaits you to enjoy the story. Basically “Nancy Drew”, which is the main character of the book, is a 16 years old teenage girl. She is high school graduate and her age was changed to 18 in the 1959 rewrite. Her father, Carson Drew, is a well-known criminal defense lawyer. She is living in the River Heights and she works as a servant. Saying that you are about to experience a lot of the new and the different things in this edition will not be wrong. A lot of improvements are there in the story of the book and the story of the book is even more thrilling and interesting this time for sure.
As the name of the book is saying it is going to be all about the mystery that took place at the Lilac Inn. There are a lot of characters like Emily Crandall and some others you are going to read about in the book. Nancy helps Emily Crandall in finding the heirloom jewels which has been stolen in the Lilac Inn. Emily’s aunt and guardian, Hazel Willoughby has a very important in mishandling of these jewels.
