The Hidden Staircase Review:

Here is the second installment of the “Nancy Drew Mystery Stories”. Ever heard of the Nancy Drew Mystery Stories? If yes then you are going to love this book. Basically “Nancy Drew”, which is the main character of the book, is a 16 years old teenage girl. She is high school graduate and her age was changed to 18 in the 1959 rewrite. Her father, Carson Drew, is a well-known criminal defense lawyer. She is living in the River Heights and she works as a servant. This time the story is all about a hidden staircase as the name of the book is saying.

When Nancy is home alone and no one is around, door bell rings. A visitor is standing at the door and saying that it is one of the most rude persons she has ever met in her life will not be wrong. This visitor is Nathan Gombet. After he leaves, Nancy came to know that he is not a good person at all and is a thief as well. Allie Horner is the one telling all about Nathan to the Nancy. Rosemary and Floretta, two sisters visit Nancy and ask her to help them in rectifying the reason behind the paranormal activities in their mansion. The book keeps becoming more and more interesting as the story proceeds.
